At CloudsNight, we strive to offer our guests a seamless and worry-free booking experience. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel, amend, or reschedule their booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date without any charges.
• Late Cancellation: Any cancellation or modification made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

2. Refund Eligibility & Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
• A 5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

4. Special Conditions

• Refund requests due to force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Special promotional bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
