Flexible & Transparent Cancellations

At CloudsNight, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and guest-friendly.

Free Cancellation

• Cancel your booking up to 7 days before check-in with no cancellation charges.
• Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable gateway fees.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 100% charge.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15 working days.
• A 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Booking Amendments

Date changes or modifications are subject to availability. Requests within 7 days of check-in may be treated as cancellations.

Force Majeure

CloudsNight is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather, or emergencies. Special consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis.

CloudsNight reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
